Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and workplace conduct.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions if outdoor duties are required.
