Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during weekend peak hours.
- Process incoming orders, inquiries, and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

- Perform data entry and administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications

- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
