Responsibilities
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and process transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves and display areas to ensure products are organized and accessible.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries or location of items.
- Perform end-of-shift closing duties, including cleaning the sales floor and counting tills.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high-energy and friendly atmosphere.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
