Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Support: Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve Issues: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or technical issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle order processing, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Shift Adherence: Punctually attend all scheduled weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and have flexible scheduling availability.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and reliability in previous employment.
