Job Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to scan and track inventory.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Perform quality control checks on products before packing and shipping.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
