Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing freight and packages.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or tablets.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with varying shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
