Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory management, including accurate stock counts and organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely loading of outbound trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
