Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily receiving, sorting, and distribution of packages and inventory with speed and accuracy.
- Greet customers and visitors professionally, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and within certification guidelines.
- Process paperwork and digital logs accurately to ensure proper inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are recommended.
