Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management, order fulfillment, and picking/packing with precision.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse and work area at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality control and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain accurate digital records of stock levels and daily transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred.
