Job Summary:
In this role, you will play a critical part in our data operations by ensuring that all information processed on the weekend is accurate, timely, and secure. You will work closely with our operations team to maintain high standards of data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed during weekend shifts.
- Maintain and update digital databases by verifying and correcting information as needed.
- Generate and format weekly reports for the regional management team.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all completed tasks to ensure 100% compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the weekday support staff to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
- Manage incoming inquiries regarding order status and data accuracy via email and phone.
- Organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business or IT is preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel (formulas and formatting).
- Strong typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of database management systems is a plus.
