Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior engineering team for further investigation.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and assist in training new support staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is preferred.
