Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsive, user-friendly interfaces across all devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to business problems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
