Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and prepare packages for shipment in our weekend fulfillment centers
- Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email during weekend hours
- Document daily operations and report any equipment or inventory issues
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use mobile devices
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous warehouse or customer service experience preferred
