Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations including staff scheduling and task delegation
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
- Manage inventory and maintain store presentation during weekend hours
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on company protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and weekend performance summaries
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
