Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Manage inventory counts and restock merchandise efficiently
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on store procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
- Process daily transactions and reconcile shift reports
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license (for supply runs)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
