Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate weekend retail teams to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
- Train and onboard new weekend staff on company protocols and best practices
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly and professionally
- Monitor store security and implement loss prevention procedures
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for operational continuity
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license for occasional store errands
