Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations (Sat-Sun) 10am-6pm
- Manage 5-8 team members with performance coaching
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Handle inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations
- Maintain safety and cleanliness protocols
- Submit accurate shift reports weekly
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Available exclusively weekends (no weekday shifts)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Basic POS/knowledge required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Tennessee ID
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25lbs repeatedly
