Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Train and mentor part-time associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Manage inventory counts and replenish stock during weekend operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly
- Implement visual merchandising directives to enhance store appearance
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance feedback sessions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Available to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
