Responsibilities
- Lead weekend team of 8-15 associates during peak retail hours
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all departments
- Manage inventory counts and store merchandising displays
- Process transactions and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Train new weekend staff on operational procedures
- Maintain safety compliance and store cleanliness standards
- Generate end-of-day sales reports and inventory adjustments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service leadership experience
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
