Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and team performance
- Train and mentor 5-8 hourly staff members
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment processes
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and handover documentation
- Coordinate with weekday management teams for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (required for store transfers)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
