Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales growth through team coaching, customer engagement strategies, and promotional execution
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalations promptly
- Monitor financial performance including P&L statements, shrinkage control, and budget adherence
- Train and develop staff through performance feedback and skill-building workshops
- Execute company policies and maintain compliance with labor regulations
- Collaborate with regional team on inventory planning and market trend analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with proven sales leadership
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management and inventory control
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in retail management software (e.g., POS, inventory systems)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience with weekly payroll systems preferred
