Responsibilities
- Pack & Ship Orders: Accurately pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and maintain organized stockrooms to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Load & Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers using proper lifting techniques.
- Equipment Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely and according to protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and attendance is required.
- Detail Oriented: Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for reading safety instructions and communicating with supervisors.
