Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and web browsers.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible environment.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and remote support tools is highly desirable.
