Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage and resolve customer tickets efficiently within defined service level agreements.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if working remotely.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
