Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily volume targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure proper storage in designated areas.
- Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management systems to track stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow issues and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for scanning and counting.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
