Responsibilities
- Operate heavy industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials and products efficiently.
- Load and unload freight trucks and containers in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and data entry.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and workplace protocols to ensure a secure environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse and work area.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for distribution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory data.
