Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and punctuality.
