Responsibilities
- Process client payroll inquiries via phone, email, and chat support
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation in HRIS systems
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
- Conduct quality assurance checks on payroll data submissions
- Train clients on self-service payroll platforms
- Collaborate with accounting team to ensure compliance with state regulations
- Meet weekly performance metrics including response time and resolution rate
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
