Responsibilities
- Process daily payroll transactions for gig economy workers with 99.9% accuracy
- Verify employment records and payment eligibility through our proprietary verification system
- Resolve payment discrepancies within 4-hour SLA to maintain worker satisfaction
- Collaborate with HR teams to onboard new clients into our daily pay platform
- Generate daily reconciliation reports and audit trails for compliance
- Train workers on mobile payment app usage and instant fund transfers
- Monitor payment processing metrics and optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience in fintech or staffing
- Proficiency with ADP, Gusto, or modern cloud-based payroll systems
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for high-volume transactions
- Experience with same-day ACH and wire transfer processing
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of California labor laws and wage regulations
- Excellent communication skills for resolving payment inquiries
