Responsibilities
- Analyze payroll data for 200+ weekly pay clients using SAP and QuickBooks
- Process bi-weekly payroll with 99.8% accuracy and same-week payment cycles
- Generate financial reports for executive stakeholders and compliance audits
- Implement weekly pay solutions for new Texas-based corporate clients
- Collaborate with HR departments on tax compliance and employee benefits
- Optimize payroll processing workflows to reduce turnaround time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with 3+ years payroll processing experience
- Expertise in Texas state tax regulations and federal labor laws
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP HCM, and payroll software platforms
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with weekly deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
