- Process payroll for 200+ clients using proprietary software with 100% accuracy
- Resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours via direct communication
- Collaborate with HR teams to onboard new clients with weekly pay structures
- Generate compliance reports for state and federal regulations
- Train clients on our mobile payment portal for real-time access
- Monitor payment trends to identify process optimization opportunities
- Maintain strict confidentiality for all financial data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP or QuickBooks Payroll systems
- Kentucky and Illinois payroll compliance knowledge
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for client training
- Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
