Responsibilities
- Manage Client Inquiries: Handle high-volume customer service interactions via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.

- Data Entry & Administration: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM systems.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters to the appropriate supervisors while providing immediate temporary solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery across New Orleans and Ohio branches.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support is preferred but not required for enthusiastic applicants.
