Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company operational policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to meet daily production goals.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure shipment accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various warehouse environments.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
