Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and freight using forklifts and pallet jacks efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform light maintenance on equipment and report any issues to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
