Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and professional tone.
- Resolve product or service issues and answer questions regarding pricing, availability, and order status.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback into the internal CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior management.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
