Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare packages for timely shipping and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, or errors, and report discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management by organizing stock, rotating stock, and keeping accurate records.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline the fulfillment process and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure order accuracy and reduce errors.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory, reading pick tickets, and data entry.
- Must be available to work weekends or evenings as needed to support peak business hours.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
