Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and package products for shipment using proper packing techniques and materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock levels match records.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime.
