Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory with precision
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces per OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
