Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Pick/pack orders with 99.8% accuracy
- Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse organization
- Operate conveyor systems and sorting equipment
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 facility
