Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock organization to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Assist in packaging orders and preparing materials for shipping.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
