Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock, pick orders accurately, and maintain inventory records.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment, ensuring all packaging is secure and compliant.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift lead immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on machinery and keep work areas clean.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus.
