Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, accuracy, and quality assurance.
- Package, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform basic data entry and inventory scanning duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
