Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks, trailers, and shipping containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize, inventory, and stock warehouse shelves with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare packages for shipping by labeling, sealing, and staging them for couriers.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and package labeling.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
