Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations and maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and conflict resolution during weekend hours
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure store presentation meets brand guidelines

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or hospitality

- Valid New York State driver's license (for potential store transfers)
- Flexible availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
