Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations and team performance
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment activities
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing shipments
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Valid Texas driver's license required
