Qualifications

- Expertise in cloud migration (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Certification in AI/ML deployment (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or blockchain development
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams across distributed environments
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines
- Strong financial acumen for ROI analysis of tech initiatives
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
