Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-machine augmentation
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference presentations
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio of published futurist work or innovation case studies
