Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026 markets
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients adopting exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce annual Future State Reports with data-driven predictions and implementation roadmaps
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and innovation adoption strategies
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product development and go-to-market strategies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
