Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and shaping future strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or AR/VR
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Strategy preferred
