Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to leverage future opportunities and mitigate risks
- Lead scenario-planning workshops and deliver executive-level trend briefings
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate futuristic concepts into product roadmaps
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, reports, presentations)
- Advise leadership on long-term strategic pivots and future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Deep understanding of socioeconomic and geopolitical forces shaping 2026
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Strong portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) highly desirable
